With over two decades of experience in civil engineering and infrastructure development, Samiran Dey has built a distinguished career across both public and private sectors — from his early days as a Sub-Assistant Engineer at a Government of West Bengal organization to serving as Founder Director of BSEM Pvt. Ltd., where he led large-scale civil, earthmoving, and sports infrastructure projects across India. Today, through Shree Infracon Enterprise, he brings that same technical excellence, leadership, and passion for quality to every court, track, and facility his team builds.
